- Designed and developed a mobile imaging system to detect the object's location, surface boundary, curvature, and its material, without the aid of phase information and purely based on RSS.
- Leveraged 60GHz networking radios (with phased array) rather than specialized hardware for imaging.
- Invented noise-tolerable imaging algorithms, leveraging the robustness and high directionality of 60GHz radio waves.
Nov. 2012 - Jul. 2014 | University of Minnesota Twin Cities
- Developed a computational method named binary stochastic that maintains high fault tolerance and low computing latency.
- Implemented an encoding algorithm and designed a polynomial hardware structure for the binary stochastic computational method.
